During the recent celebration of the 77th District 7000 Conference (June 24-26, 2016) at the Wyndham Hotel in Palmas del Mar, Humacao, three of our District leaders enjoyed Rotary friendship.  From left to right:  Juanita Valentín Morris, District Governor Proposed; José “Pepito” Rivero, PDG; and Sylvia Maisonet Díaz, District Governor Elect, who holds the honor of being the first native lady elected for the highest position in our D-7000.
