At our Zoom meeting this week, Jorge González led a dialogue regarding the evolution of the Rotary PRoPaz Project from its original focus of addressing violence to a new focus of promoting peace by valuing and respecting our differences, and when these differences lead to internal and external conflicts, urging that we “Resolve Differences Without Violences.” Also, Sal Nolfo explained his proposal to develop a memorial in honor of the victims and the responders of the Dupont Hotel fire on its 40^th anniversary this coming December 31. He is requesting Board authorization to go forward with his proposal.
