Hola. This week the meeting was at Tinto y Blanco. I couldn't attend but was told that everybody had a great time, tasting the good wines and food of Tinto.
Next Tuesday we have been announcing that our meeting will be in the evening at AFDA, 6 PM. The speaker will be Daven Michaels, businessman and New York Times Best Selling Author. He is also the President of the San Juan Social Club. Two hundred and fifty members of that club went on a cruise last March, including from our Rotary Club, Maria, Antonia, Tito and I, and had a great time. It was not only an opportunity to socialize but also to meet entrepreneurs, and many business connections were created. There will be another cruise in 2025 and Daven will give us the details so that all of you are informed in case you would want to go. There will be appetizers and one glass of wine, and the cost of the activity is $30.00.
Tomorrow Saturday in Arecibo, the PETS reunion for next year's officials will be celebrated. Please join us, because the more you know about Rotary, the better member you will be.
Please write in your calendar May 21, the Dinner to celebrate this year's Citizen of the Year Award, at AFDA at 6 PM.
