Club Foundation Director, GEORGANNA HILDEBRAND, presented Past President & Past District Governor, JOSE ‘Pepito’ RIVERO OLMEDO, with his 8th Paul Harris Award.
Guest Speaker and recently appointed Secretary of State, ELMER ROMAN, has a history of service in government including a Commander in the US Naval Reserve. He begins his new assignment in a time of challenge when our island is facing the effects of damages created by natural forces. Secretary Roman’s talk created a stimulating interaction session with Rotarians. His wide experience in leadership roles should greatly benefit Puerto Rico.
