Speaker Nannette Rosa, President of Richart Chocolates, had a successful career in filmmaking when she made a trip to Paris in the Spring of 1988 and discovered a great chocolate.  As a result, Richart Chocolates have been in San Juan for 15 years.  In addition to learning about the quality of chocolate, Rotarians and their Valentine guests, were treated to a sampling of fine chocolate.  Made from the cocoa bean, the best, Criollo, contains 71% cocoa and is grown in Venezuela.  Other cocoa, grown in various South American countries and the Caribbean, is known as Forestral and is what we usually experience in our everyday candy bars.  Thanks to President Jorge for bringing us this delicious program so appropriate for our Valentine Luncheon.
