This week’s speaker was Laura Pagan, the facilitator for Souns project. This is a global grant that has been running for the past seven years and is transitioning to the sustainable stage. We also had the visit from several staff members including the director of New York Founding head start consortium, Arleen Guzman and the force behind this project Brenda Ericson from Georgia. Many interesting questions were asked about the project s and its impact in the community. Let’s continue to follow this project as it becomes part of the regular curriculum of head start programs in Puerto Rico.
