Representatives of both FEMA and the Small Business Administration (SBA) were our guests last Tuesday. Hector Soto of FEMA and Annie Mustafa Ramos of SBA gave us an update on their respective organization's endeavors in Puerto Rico in the aftermath of Hurricanes Irma and Maria.
